Physical Plant Description

Our facility is located on 2.7 acres with over 20,000 sq ft of manufacturing space with approximately 1.5 acres of laydown area and a 10 ton outdoor crane and two 5 ton yard cranes. The plant operates on two shifts offering expedited services for nearly all processes.

Structural Steel Fabrication

Our plant and staff is capable of processing 100 tons of steel per week with the shortest lead times in the industry.

Coatings-steel Preparation

Dedicated sandblasting area, steam cleaning, pressure washing and temperature controlled paint booth provide premier coatings that can withstand the harshest environments.  

Welding Capabilities

AISC certified major bridge with fracture critical, WABO Certified Facility CWB, SAW, AWS, SMAW, GMAW, FCAW. stud welding, submerged arc welding, low temperature welding.

Cutting, Punching & Bending Equipment

Plasma table and and shears capable of handling up to 3/4″ material.  Band and cold saws capable of cutting beams up to 24″.  Four press brakes with a max capacity of 300 tons capable of handing 1/2″ material up to 12′ long.

Forklifts & Cranes

With 5 fork lifts, 3 yard cranes and 9 overhead cranes Welding Works can handle nearly any project 

Cranes

5x 10ton overhead cranes, 7.5ton overhead crane, 5ton overhead crane, 14x 1ton work area jib cranes.

In-house 3D Modeling & Detailing

Our engineering staff can provide full 3D models of your project.  We also offer engineering services for drawings that require a PE stamp.


 

Quality Control

Because quality control is a top priority at Welding Works, we adhere to our own Weld Procedure and Inspection Systems Manual. We also ensure that every job is completed in accordance with all codes, standards and tolerances required by the customer.

At Welding Works

We understand the needs of a wide range of markets, such as the utilities, recycling, environmental, architectural and chemical industries. Our experience enables us to fabricate original or replacement parts and equipment from our customers’ drawings or samples.
